the $20 draft, with friends

The $20 draft with friends: two draft, everyone else votes.

Only two people draft in a room. The rest of the group opens the same link, watches the board, and decides afterwards who actually won.

free · no account · about two minutes

Getting a group going

Start a room, pick a category and send the link to the friend you're drafting against. Send the same link to everyone else; they get a live view of the board instead of a seat.

With more than two people, swap who drafts for the next room: the two who just played watch the next pair.

Who wins

The game doesn't score the rosters, and the player with the most money left isn't necessarily the winner. The people watching vote on who drafted better, which is where most of the arguing happens.

Rematches

When a draft ends, the results page has a rematch link. Same two people, a fresh deck, new money.

Questions

How many people can join?
Two draft. Everyone else can open the room link to watch live and vote.
Can we play on one phone?
Each drafter bids from their own device. Sharing one screen is part of the paid filming mode, which the free game doesn't include.
Do my friends need to sign up?
No. They open the link, enter a name, and they're in.
Can we pick the category?
Yes. Choose from the premade shelf, which is free, or type your own with an account.
What if the group has an odd number?
Two draft, the rest vote. Swap who drafts for the next room.
