the $20 draft, online
The $20 draft, online, with someone who isn't in the room.
You and one other person each get $20 and a hidden deck. You play from your own phones, wherever you're, and the bids land on both screens as they happen.

How a remote game runs
One of you starts a room and sends the link. The other opens it, picks a name, and you're both in the lobby. No download, no account.
The server deals one card at a time and runs the clock. Neither device decides when a bid has closed, so a slow connection can't win a card by being late. Bids are checked against your money on the server, so two fast taps can't take you over what you hold.
What you get at the end
A results card with both rosters, what each of you paid and what was left over, which you can post. Anyone you send the room link to can watch the board live and vote on who drafted better, so a draft played across two cities still has an audience.
If you want another go, the results page offers a rematch with the same person.
No one to play with

Questions
- Do we both need an account?
- No. Hosting and joining work signed out. You pick a display name and go.
- Does it work on phones?
- Yes. It runs in the browser on iPhone, Android and computers. Nothing to install.
- What if one of us loses connection?
- The clock runs on the server, so it keeps going. Reopen the same link and your seat and roster are still there.
- Can other people watch?
- Yes. Anyone with the room link can watch the board live and vote on who drafted better when it ends.
- Does it cost anything?
- No. Playing, every premade category and the results card are free. Premium adds a filming mode and more than one category of your own.
