TV decks run on nostalgia. Everyone has a favourite and nobody can be proved wrong, so the bidding follows the argument.
Our take on Cartoon Characters
This is the deck behind the most-watched $20 draft online: two friends building a basketball team out of cartoons, where Bugs Bunny went for most of a bankroll and the rest of the list came cheap. The argument is the fun of it. Nobody agrees whether Snoopy is a point guard, or whether Donkey Kong is worth more than the whole Simpson family.
It mixes every era on purpose, from Popeye and Felix the Cat to Rick Sanchez and Finn the Human, so the draft turns into a fight about childhoods as much as talent. Old Looney Tunes stars and modern adult cartoons rarely sell for the same money, and knowing which side the person across from you grew up on is half the strategy.
The deck
